@jodifur Direct TV sent us a new dvr because the tivo stopped working. They sent it to us for free and told us to toss the tivo. #
@jodifur I just told them it stopped working. The customer service guy just sent it out. Better than cancelling service in the long run. #
@jodifur 1st the remote died, then the tivo died. We have 2. 1 tivo, 1 non-tivo. non-tivo is much better; upgraded features. #
@Gingerlatte Is she biting the hand that fed her? After all, it was a blogger that helped get her on the ticket. #
@jodifur new dvr is much better than tivo. much better features. I would call back to see if you get another agent. I had no problems. #

@jodifur Do you have equipment protection? If so, call it in as a repair. They can’t repair so they’ll send a new one. #
